Pallimani (2023)

Pallimani ("church bell") is a 2023 Malayalam horror thriller directed by Anil Kumbazha, with Shweta Menon, Nithya Das and Kailash. It marked a return to the big screen for Nithya Das, the heroine of the 2001 hit Ee Parakkum Thalika, after a long break. The film builds its scares around supernatural happenings and the secrets of the past, a popular formula in Malayalam horror. It is a modest production, and reliable details beyond its cast and genre are limited.
