Krishna is a fearless fighter-for-hire who drifts into Bangalore and starts taking jobs from rival gangs, playing them against each other. He falls for Shruthi, an aerobics teacher who is being harassed by a corrupt police officer, and his clashes with the underworld grow ever bigger. But Krishna's arrival in the city is no accident, and the truth about him changes everything. Porki is the Kannada remake of Puri Jagannadh's Telugu blockbuster Pokiri (2006), which was also remade in Tamil and, as Wanted, in Hindi. It was a big hit for Darshan and marked the film debut of Pranitha Subhash.
