Power Play (2021)

Raj Tarun plays an ordinary young man with a settled future ahead of him: a job in sight and a marriage being arranged. One chance incident drags him into a police case, and the more he tries to clear his name, the deeper he sinks into a conspiracy run by people with money and power. With time running out before the wedding, he has to work out who is pulling the strings. Power Play reunites Raj Tarun with director Vijay Kumar Konda, who earlier made the romantic hit Gundejaari Gallanthayyinde; this time the pair go for a twist-driven crime thriller, with Poorna in a key role.
