Priyamaina Neeku (2001)

Priyamaina Neeku ("to my beloved") is a Telugu romantic drama directed by Balasekaran, starring Tarun, then one of Telugu cinema's leading young romantic heroes, with Sneha and Preetha Vijayakumar. It is a soft, song-led love story about feelings left unspoken, the kind of gentle youth romance that made Tarun popular in the early 2000s after Nuvve Kavali. Its melodies were a large part of its appeal. For Hindi viewers it is a clean, sentimental romance carried by a likeable young cast.
