Radio Sfera is a Cypriot music station run out of Nicosia by the Phileleftheros media group, heard across the island on 96.8 and 106.4 FM. Its weekday starts early with the breakfast show Ακούμε όλοι SFERA... Κάθε πρωί!, a double act at the microphone from six until nine, and is followed straight away by a stretch billed as fifty minutes of music with no advertising. From mid morning the day is handed between a run of named presenters in two and three hour blocks, so there is a familiar voice attached to almost every hour. Nights belong to a long DJ set, which also takes over most of Saturday and Sunday from midday onwards. Weekend mornings are shorter and lighter, with a chart countdown, Top 15, on Saturdays.
