Rajadurai (1993)

Rajadurai is a 1993 Tamil action drama directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar, the film-maker who made Vijayakanth an action star in the 1980s with a run of social-justice films and who is also the father of actor Vijay. Vijayakanth plays an honest police officer who takes on criminals and the powerful men who protect them, a role that suited his "Captain" image of the angry, incorruptible hero.
