Three friends open a resort by the sea, but their business plans collapse when a female spirit begins terrorising them and their guests. Desperate, they call in Rudra, a renowned mentalist who reads people's minds and solves mysteries with logic, played by Nagarjuna. As Rudra pieces together who the ghost was and why she cannot rest, the horror comedy gives way to an emotional story about a young woman, played by Samantha, and an injustice done to her. Raju Gari Gadhi 2 is Ohmkar's follow-up to his 2015 horror comedy Raju Gari Gadhi and a remake of the Malayalam film Pretham (2016). S. Thaman composed the music and the beach locations give the film a distinct look.
