Rambo 2 (2018)

Rambo 2 is a 2018 Kannada comedy built around Sharan, one of the most dependable comic leads in Kannada cinema. A carefree young man and a young woman end up on a long drive together, and what starts as a bickering road trip turns into a chase full of mishaps, misunderstandings and goons. Chikkanna is on hand as the sidekick. Despite the title it is not a direct continuation of Sharan's 2012 hit Rambo but a fresh story with the same comic spirit. Arjun Janya's songs and the scenic highway locations helped make it a crowd-pleaser in 2018.
