Sankar Guru (1987)

Sankar Guru is a 1987 Tamil action drama directed by L. Raja, who would work with Arjun again on Dhuruva Natchathiram. Arjun plays the lead with Seetha as the heroine, and Baby Shalini, the hugely popular child star of 1980s Tamil and Malayalam cinema who later became a heroine in Aniyathipraavu and Alaipayuthey, appears in an important role. It belongs to the run of action dramas that built Arjun's image as an action hero. The film is little documented today.
