Sardaar Gabbar Singh (2016)

Gabbar Singh is a cocky, fearless cop with his own idea of justice. He is posted to Ratanpur, a town where Bhairav Singh, a ruthless landlord, has taken over the land and the mines and keeps the villagers in fear. Gabbar Singh sets about breaking his hold, and along the way falls for Arshi, the gentle daughter of the town's former royal family, who is fighting to keep her palace. Sardaar Gabbar Singh is a sequel in name and character to the 2012 hit Gabbar Singh, with Pawan Kalyan writing the story himself. Sharad Kelkar made his Telugu debut as the villain. It was released in April 2016 in Telugu and, the same day, in a Hindi version.
