Sarkari Mehmaan (1979)

Sarkari Mehmaan ("government guest", slang for a prisoner) is a 1979 Hindi action drama directed by N. D. Kothari, starring Vinod Khanna at the height of his action-star years, with Amjad Khan, fresh from his fame as Gabbar Singh, and Jasmin. As the title hints, prison and the law play a part in its story of a tough hero fighting injustice and the men behind it, in the fights-and-songs style of late-1970s entertainers.
