Savaari (2020)

Raju scrapes a living in the old lanes of Hyderabad with his beloved horse, whom he treats like family. When the horse falls ill and Raju meets a well-off young woman who takes an interest in him, his small world starts to change, and he finds himself caught between debts, a dangerous crowd and a romance that her family will never accept. Savaari ("ride") is a small, character-driven Telugu film that mixes comedy, romance and crime, with Nandu in a rare lead role.
