Description

Shaandaar ("splendid") is a 1974 Hindi family drama from Krishnan–Panju, the Chennai directing duo behind Tamil classics like Parasakthi and Hindi hits such as Main Chup Rahungi. Sanjeev Kumar and Sharmila Tagore lead the cast, with Vinod Mehra in a major role, in a story of romance, family tension and emotional sacrifice typical of the South-made Hindi films of the period. A chance to see Sanjeev Kumar in his busiest decade.
