Srinivasa Kalyanam (2018)

Srinivas comes from a close family in a Godavari village where weddings are cherished as week-long events full of rituals, each with its own meaning. He falls in love with a young woman whose father is a hard-driving businessman with little time for tradition. When they decide to marry, the two families' ideas of what a wedding should be clash, and the celebration becomes a way of asking what marriage really means. From the makers of Shatamanam Bhavati, the film is a gentle family entertainer that lingers lovingly on Telugu wedding customs. It features a large ensemble cast of veteran actors.
