Swarg Se Sundar (1986)

Swarg Se Sundar is a mid-1980s Hindi family drama directed by K. Bapaiah, one of the directors behind the decade's run of glossy, Madras-made family entertainers. Jeetendra and Mithun Chakraborty share the lead with Jaya Prada, and the film is built around the joys and tensions of family life, with the songs, emotional confrontations and moral lessons typical of the genre. It belongs to the same wave of family-oriented films that kept Jeetendra and Jaya Prada one of the most frequent screen pairs of the period.
