Takkar (1980)

Takkar ("clash") is a 1980 Hindi action drama directed by K. Bapaiah, one of the Telugu film-makers who made a long run of Jeetendra entertainers in the 1980s. Jeetendra and Sanjeev Kumar share the lead with Zeenat Aman, in a story of family ties, misunderstanding and revenge in which the two men find themselves on a collision course before the truth comes out. It follows the big-banner formula of the period, with songs, emotional scenes and fights.
