Tarzan Comes to Delhi (1965)

Tarzan Comes to Delhi is a 1965 Hindi adventure film, one of a series of low-budget action pictures that cast champion wrestler Dara Singh as strongmen and jungle heroes. Here he plays Tarzan, the man raised in the wild, whose story brings him from the jungle to the capital, with fights, chases and comic moments along the way. Mumtaz, then a regular heroine of these stunt films before her rise to stardom later in the decade, is his co-star, and comedian Bhagwan adds the laughs. It is a nostalgic piece of B-movie entertainment from the era of Hindi stunt cinema.
