Raghu has a violent past in Mumbai and a single soft spot: Tara, the young woman he loves. When she travels abroad and is arrested in Dublin for smuggling drugs, he becomes convinced she has been set up and that the legal route will never free her in time. With the help of a veteran criminal in the city and an old contact who knows how prisons work, he plans to get her out himself. Teraa Surroor is a sequel in name to Aap Kaa Surroor (2007), again built around Himesh Reshammiya as composer, singer and hero. It was shot largely in Ireland, with Naseeruddin Shah and filmmaker Shekhar Kapur in supporting roles, and Himesh worked out extensively to play an action lead.
