The Kung Fu Master is a 2020 Malayalam martial-arts film written and directed by Abrid Shine, known for 1983 and Action Hero Biju. Set and shot in the high Himalayas, it follows a young woman trained in kung fu whose quiet life is shattered when a ruthless gang targets her family. Neeta Pillai, a trained martial artist, performs her own fights, and the action is built on long, physical fight scenes with trained performers. With its snowy, rugged locations, it was an unusual experiment for Malayalam cinema, closer in spirit to Hong Kong and Thai action films. It suits viewers who want fights that look and feel physical.
