His younger brother, whom he has raised, falls in with a gang that uses teenage boys as hitmen and drug runners, and the result is a tragedy that changes Murugavel for good. Now posted to a tough area, he decides to break the network that turns children into criminals, working alongside fellow officer Madonna, a sharp-tongued woman who keeps clashing with him.
