Thokar (1974)

Thokar ("The Stumble") is a 1974 Hindi film starring Baldev Khosa, a supporting and lead actor of the period, with Alka and Poonam Vaidya. It is a modest production of the mid-1970s, from the era when social dramas about fate, hardship and redemption were common on Hindi screens. Few details of the film are widely remembered today, so it is best approached as a period piece.
