Description

Tirchhi Topiwale ("the men in tilted caps") is a 1998 Hindi comedy directed by Nadeem Khan, with Chunky Pandey and Inder Kumar in the lead and Monica Bedi as the heroine. The title borrows a phrase made famous by the song Tirchhi Topiwale from Tridev (1989). It is a light entertainer of the kind that filled the late 1990s.
