Valiyavan (2015)

Valiyavan is a Tamil romantic action drama from M. Saravanan, the director of Engeyum Eppodhum. Jai plays an ordinary, rather timid young man in Chennai who becomes infatuated with a striking woman played by Andrea Jeremiah. She agrees to consider him only if he does something that seems absurd and dangerous for someone like him, involving a much tougher opponent, and he has to find out why the challenge matters so much to her. The film pairs Jai with Andrea for the first time, with songs by D. Imman, and swings between romance, light comedy and a story about standing up for oneself.
