Varushamellam Vasantham (2002)

Varushamellam Vasantham ("spring all year long") is a 2002 Tamil romantic drama directed by lyricist-turned-filmmaker Ravi Shankar. It stars Manoj Bharathiraja, son of director Bharathiraja, and Kunal, both popular young faces of the time, with Anita Hassanandani in one of her early South Indian roles. The film is a soft, song-driven love story about friendship and young love, with music by Sirpi. It is best for viewers looking for an old-fashioned, gentle romance of the early 2000s.
