Veedevadu (2017)

Satya is a kabaddi player whose life collapses when his wife is murdered. As the investigation unfolds in Goa, the police come to see him as the prime suspect, and he must fight to prove his innocence while discovering how little he really knew about the people around him. Veedevadu ("who is he?") was shot as a Telugu and Tamil bilingual, the Tamil version titled Yaar Ivan, and stars Sachiin Joshi with Esha Gupta in her Telugu debut. It is a murder-mystery thriller with action scenes, built around its twisting investigation.
