Veer Amar Singh Rathod (1970)

Veer Amar Singh Rathod is a Hindi historical film directed by Radhakant, featuring Jeevan, Kamal Kapoor and Dev Kumar. It retells the Rajasthani legend of Amar Singh Rathore, a 17th-century Rajput noble of Nagaur who served at the court of Shah Jahan and whose fierce pride and defiance led to a famous confrontation there. His story has long been told in ballads and folk theatre. The film is a modest costume drama in the tradition of Hindi historical films about Rajput valour.
