Vinodam (1996)

Vinodam ("fun") is a 1996 Telugu comedy directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy, who also composed the music, at the height of his run of hit family entertainers. Srikanth, then rising as a family hero, plays the lead opposite Ravali, with comedians Brahmanandam and Kota Srinivasa Rao providing much of the humour. The story is built on romance, misunderstandings and comic schemes, and like the director's other films of the period it relies on brisk comedy tracks and catchy songs rather than action.
