The print credits him as DR. SAFDAR 'AAH' - the doctorate is on the title card and in neither database - and he wrote the words for every one of this film's twelve songs, to Anil Biswas's music. Writing a complete score alone was less usual then than it sounds; scores were commonly divided between two or three lyricists. Nothing else consulted records his dates, his birthplace or another film, and this page says so rather than filling the gap.
