Chor Police (1983)

Chor Police is a 1983 Hindi action film and the first of the films directed by Amjad Khan, the actor immortalised as Gabbar Singh in Sholay. He also takes a role on screen alongside Shatrughan Sinha, whose swaggering style suits the film's play on the line between thief and policeman, and Parveen Babi as the female lead. Expect the familiar ingredients of early-1980s masala cinema: fist-fights, disguises, songs and a heavy dose of dialogue-baazi from Shatrughan Sinha.
