Haathon Ki Lakeeren (1986)

Haathon Ki Lakeeren ("the lines of the hand") is a 1986 Hindi drama directed by Chetan Anand, the veteran filmmaker behind Neecha Nagar, Haqeeqat and Heer Raanjha. It brings together Jackie Shroff, then a rising star after Hero, with Zeenat Aman and Sanjeev Kumar, whose last films were released after his death in 1985. The title evokes fate and destiny, read in the lines of a palm. Reliable details of the plot are limited, but it is an interesting late work from Chetan Anand and one of Sanjeev Kumar's final appearances.
