Project Marathwada (2016)

Project Marathwada is a 2016 Hindi social drama that takes its title from the drought-hit Marathwada region of Maharashtra, where years of failed rains, debt and farmer suicides made national headlines. Om Puri and Seema Biswas, two of Indian cinema's finest character actors, lead the cast, with Dalip Tahil in support. It was a small release with a message about the plight of farmers, and further details are not well documented.
