A husband bored with his marriage is advised by a friend to flirt with his own wife by pretending to have an affair, and the plan collapses into a farce involving a private detective and a very tired policeman. Amol Palekar, Parveen Babi, Deepti Naval and Utpal Dutt lead for Hrishikesh Mukherjee; Utpal Dutt's insomniac inspector is one of the great Hindi comic performances. The Internet Archive copy was uploaded with its format details disguised, so playback is withheld here; the entry stays listed and the Archive's own page remains reachable.
