Description

Bulandi is a rural family drama built around the respected head of a village family, whose sense of justice and honour defines everyone around him. Anil Kapoor plays the central role, Raveena Tandon is his wife, and Rajinikanth appears in a prominent special role as a revered elder. The film is a Hindi version of the Telugu hit Pedarayudu, which itself came from the Tamil film Nattamai, and it keeps their mix of family sentiment, village politics and action as the family is drawn into a feud that tests its unity.
