Dost Garibon Ka (1989)

Dost Garibon Ka ("friend of the poor") is a 1989 Hindi action drama directed by C. P. Dixit, starring Govinda and Neelam Kothari, one of the most popular screen pairs of the late 1980s. As the title suggests, Govinda plays a hero who takes up the cause of the poor against exploiters, in a story combining action, emotion, romance and dance numbers in the style that made the two stars favourites of their era.
